Member Code of Conduct

The following Code of Conduct sets out the terms and conditions under which the Cannabis Growers of Canada (“we”, “us”, “our”) permit your use of the interactive services of this website (the “Website”).
By accessing and posting to the forum and any other interactive sections of the Website (the “Services”), you: (a) unconditionally agree to be bound by and to comply with this Code of Conduct; and (b) represent and warrant that you are a member of the Cannabis Growers of Canada in good standing over the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside (“Member’) and have been authorized access to these Services by us.

As a condition of your continued access to and use of the Website and Services, you agree to abide by all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and other laws.
Commercial posts are prohibited unless prior approval has been obtained.

In addition, we shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any errors or omissions in any information transmitted or made available on or through this Website or the Services. Views and opinions expressed by Members on the Website do not necessarily represent our views or opinions, or the views or opinions of our Members. We do not recommend or endorse any specific products, services, opinions or other information that may be posted on or through the Services or any third party website to which you can link from this Website.
5. Changes to this Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice. When we modify the Code of Conduct, we will notify Members by email to the email account provided at the time of registration, and will post the updated version of the Code of Conduct on this Website together with the date on which it was revised.
